CNS - New procedure for sending a certificate of incapacity for work
18.11.2024The CNS has just published a major overhaul of their website www.cns.lu.
The site is at this date only available in French.
A new service available from 1 December 2024 on is the electronic submission of a certificate of incapacity for work. This can be done using a new online form @ cns.public.lu/fr/formulaire-declaration-incapacite-travail
The new rules are :
- I send my certificate of incapacity for work to the CNS at the latest before the expiry of the 3rd working day of the work stoppage.
- I send it using the declaration form below. I must attach my sick leave in PDF format.
- If I cannot send it using this form, I can send my sick leave by post. The postmark is proof that I have sent it by the deadline.
