Answer from the Patiente Vertriedung Asbl to the Ministry of health concerning organ donation
24.07.2017The Patiente Vertriedung Asbl still demands that Luxembourg creates a "National register of organ donation refusal" similar to the one in France. Furthermore the Patiente Vertriedung Asbl also demands that Luxembourg gets an explantation team, this so that the transplantion and explantation knowledge is present in Luxembourg. The Patiente Vertriedung Asbl also demands that Luxembourg instaures a legislation concerning living donor transplantations, which could be inspired by the French law on Bioethics from 7th July 2011 to allow living donor transplantations.
